How to make a simple chocolate cupcake in your home

Ingredients for the recipe for Simple Chocolate Cupcakes

3 cups wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon table salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
11/2 cups of standard sugar
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons cocoa extract
11/4 cups of milk
18 capsules for cupcakes (the capsules can be found here).

Butter Bitumen

225 grams of unsalted butter
1 tablespoon cocoa extract
4 cups of sugar glass
2 tablespoons milk

Preparation of Simple Chocolate Cupcakes
Preheat the oven to 170º. Engrave the 18 molds of the cupcakes or line them with paper towels.
Mix the flour, salt and baking powder thoroughly in a separate bowl.
In another bowl, with the blender, stir the butter with the sugar until it sponges. While beating, add the eggs one by one, mixing them well each separately.
Add the powders to the previous mixture and alternate this aggregation with the milk. Remember that you have to mix until you undo all the groups, beating too much is not good.
Once you have it, pour the dough into the molds you have prepared and fill it up to 3/4 of its capacity. Bake until you feel the fluffy touch (approx 18 min).
When you notice that they are fluffy, take them out of the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes. Then unmold and place on wire racks to cool completely.


Beat the butter and cocoa in a saucepan, until it looks creamy. Add glass sugar, 1 cup at a time, beating very well after each addition. add the milk and continue beating until the bitumen sponges. Decorate the cupcakes with this bitumen and go!
